You may have had difficulties unlocking the break room west door lately, with your key not able to be turned in the lock. Several work orders were submitted about this, and each time the locksmith reported the lock worked fine for him, and he lubricated, and re-lubricated, the lock each time. As the lock continues to seize some of the time, I’ve asked him to repair or replace the lock, as lubrication doesn’t seem to be helping much. In the meantime, the lock will work if you reinsert the key forcefully. You can also use the east door of the break room, taking care to re-lock it, as it will otherwise remain unlocked after being unlocked.
