Associate Archivist Anne Salsich has announced that she will retire from the College Archives. Her last day will be July 31, 2023.
Anne has served in many capacities during her time in the College Archives. Her outstanding work in the areas of arrangement and description, digital preservation and access, and the mentoring of student assistants and interns has been integral to the success of the Archives program. Thanks to her hard work, our website continues to provide excellent access for users to discover the rich resources in the College Archives. Anne has contributed to the Oberlin College Libraries through her service on library committees, and to the archival profession through participation in state, regional, and national archival organizations, including her recent term on the editorial board of Archival Issues.
The College Archives and Special Collections staff members will celebrate Anne’s 15 years of service. Please do send your well wishes or stop by the Archives to say farewell to Anne.
