Controller’s Office Check Run and Invoice Reminder
Winter Shutdown is fast approaching. The last check run of the year will be Thursday, December 22. Upon our return, the Controller’s Office will be processing the first check run of the year on Thursday, January 5, 2023. Please be sure that any invoices for the 2022 year are all entered into ObieBuy before December 20 to ensure they are properly included.
For the Libraries that means that anything that you need to have posted in this calendar year needs to be to me by December 18 to make sure that it gets entered and paid in time. Please contact me with any questions.
