Share With Us Your Events (ACE Team)

In our last Pan-Libraries Forum, ACE presented a list of events across the libraries planned for the upcoming academic year, ’24-’25. If you have any additional events you are planning please enter that information into our collective spreadsheet AND OR communicate with Alonso Avila (aavila@oberlin.edu) OR Julie Weir (jweir@oberlin.edu). In addition we need people to claim any events that are listed and want to see happen this year.  By claiming an event you are agreeing to take the lead to see that it happens.

We would like to know about and support your events, plus we want to make sure that we can help announce said event across campus via a number of platforms (i.e. Campus Digest, social media, etc.) in order to inform the Oberlin community and encourage more participation and attendance.

Once you have committed to an event, please submit an Event Form and share the title of the event, date and time, and location. ACE Team will follow up with you for more information.
