In case it’s all Greek to you….

Just in case you are wondering about the new bench in the Contemplation Garden….I asked Nicholas Fairplay to engrave a small, ancient phrase on the bench that has appeared above the door of many libraries  (Ramses II’s library, Alexandria, St. Gall, some public library in Rhode Island, etc. etc.) for over 3000 years: ψυχῆς ἰατρείον means healing place for the soul. It is a good description of both a library and a garden!
