SIerra seems fine – is that ok to use?
If we need to use OBIS and get the message that the connection is unsafe due to certificate expiring can we procced to use OBIS or do we need to stop until we don’t get that message anymore?

Yes, Sierra is okay to use.
If your web browser lets you through to OBIS, it will be okay to use. However, most browsers will block it completely.
Thanks, Michael. There seems to be an issue right now where I can’t request books via OhioLINK for our patrons. I suspect that is linked to this issue as I’m getting a message that says “Request cannot be processed. Data in your record at your institution incomplete”.
