Simple ways to prevent burnout

Hi, everyone,

I just got hip to a podcast called Psych Sessions. In this episode, Dr. Roxanne Donovan from Kennesaw State University (and founder of Well Academic) talks about the toll of the last two years on faculty wellbeing and some small steps to take going forward. I think this is completely applicable to staff (and students!) as well, not just faculty.

I hope it’s helpful, particularly in this moment of high stress.
